Le Mali est un pays enclavé sans accès direct à la mer. Les marchandises transitent par les ports de Dakar (Sénégal) ou d'Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) avant un acheminement terrestre vers Bamako.
Le Mali limite l'importation aux véhicules de moins de 8 ans. Un certificat de non-gage est exigé. Les taxes d'importation sont calculées sur la valeur CIF.
Les droits de douane suivent le TEC CEDEAO. Un transitaire local est recommandé pour faciliter le dédouanement à Bamako.
Mali applies the ECOWAS CET. Clearance happens either at the transit port (Dakar/Abidjan) or in Bamako. Allow an extra 3-5 days of overland transit from the port.
