Le Mali est un pays enclavé sans accès direct à la mer. Les marchandises transitent par les ports de Dakar (Sénégal) ou d'Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) avant un acheminement terrestre vers Bamako.

2Importation de véhicules

Le Mali limite l'importation aux véhicules de moins de 8 ans. Un certificat de non-gage est exigé. Les taxes d'importation sont calculées sur la valeur CIF.

3Douane malienne

Les droits de douane suivent le TEC CEDEAO. Un transitaire local est recommandé pour faciliter le dédouanement à Bamako.
